We are currently looking for a Human Resource Development Manager for Center Parcs Europe (CPE) who will be in charge of the definition and deployment of the Learning & Talent Development policy for Center Parcs and Sunparks in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France. In this position you will report to the Group Human Resource Development Director based in Paris.
We are looking for a candidate with strong managerial skills to challenge and coach the team with a focus on continuously improvement of the Training program and able to challenge the status quo. Next to this you have excellent knowledge about the trends concerning Learning and Talent Development, especially with regard to e-learning. You are confident to engage with people across all levels of the organization and you have the ability to build solid and professional relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. You are also able to analyze data and provide KPI reports and you have the ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
